PASSES AND ADVANCE TICKETS
Please keep in mind that advance tickets to many Festival screenings sell out, leaving a limited number of tickets available at the door. Advance tickets and passes ensure you get to see the films you want without waiting in theater ticket lines. Please note that advance tickets and passes only guarantee ad-mission until 10 minutes before showtime.

FESTIVAL TICKET OUTLET
Silver Screen Club passes and advance tickets for all programs are on sale daily, 12 to 6pm, January 28–February 21 at the Festival Ticket Outlet, located in the lobby of the Portland Art Museum’s Mark Building, 1119 SW Park Avenue at Main. Advance tickets are not sold on the day of the screening. Same-day tickets are only available at the theater 30 minutes before showtime.

ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS
Beginning January 28, tickets and passes may be purchased online at www.nwfilm.org, or by calling 503-276-4310 from 12 to 6 pm daily. Online and phone orders have a $1 per ticket service fee.

SAME-DAY TICKETS
Same-day tickets are only available for purchase at the theater 30 minutes before showtime. Advance tickets are not sold on the day of the screening at the Ticket Outlet, online, or by phone.

OPENING NIGHT FILM & PARTY TICKETS: SOLD OUT
$50 general. $40 Northwest Film Center Silver Screen Club members. Opening Night tickets are available in person at the Portland Center for the Performing Arts Box Office, 1111 SW Broadway, beginning Wednesday, January 28. Open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

THE 10-MINUTE RULE
Seats for advance ticket and all pass holders are held until 10 minutes before showtime, when any unfilled seats are released to the public. Thus, advance tickets or passes ensure that you will not have to wait in the ticket purchase line, but do not guarantee a seat in the case of arrival after the 10-minute window has begun. Your early arrival also helps get screenings started promptly. We appreciate your understanding. Advance ticket holders who arrive within the 10-minute window but are not seated may exchange their tickets for another screening or obtain a cash refund. There are no refunds or ex-changes for late arrivals or missed screenings.

SEPARATE ADMISSION
Each screening is a separate admission. Theaters will be cleared between screenings. Advance ticket holders for a film immediately following the one they are attending will be guaranteed admission to the second film, but they may not save a particular seat. Please take your belongings with you. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

THE FINE PRINT
All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If a screening is canceled, tickets must be returned to the Festival Ticket Outlet within 3 days of the canceled screening date for a refund or exchange. Processing fees are non-refundable.

FESTIVAL PASSES

Silver Screen Club cards serve as a Portland International Film Festival pass and are good for this year’s Festival as well as Film Center screenings year-round.

FRIEND: $60 ($3 off single admission)
DIRECTOR: $250 (single admission)
PRODUCER: $400 (single admission plus reserved seating)
BENEFACTOR: $1,200 (dual admission)

Director

Silver Screen Club Director membership admits the holder to all regular admission Festival and Northwest Film Center programs for one year. Silver Screen Club Director members may present their membership card at the theater entrance without waiting in the ticket purchase line. Membership cards are non-transferable. Seats are guaranteed until 10 minutes before showtime. Silver Screen Club Directors and above are also invited to attend PIFF press screenings that begin January 28th.

Producer

Producer membership entitles the holder to a reserved seat at all Festival and Film Center year-round screenings as well as all other benefits of Silver Screen membership. More important, it represents the financial support that helps guarantee the future of this annual event and the Center’s many other programs and services. Producer/Benefactor reserved seats are held until 10 minutes before showtime.

Benefactor

Benefactor membership entitles the holder (individual or business) to two reserved seats, as well as all other Silver Screen Club benefits.
