Provenance Hotels

Our presenting sponsor will celebrate Cyclepedia and all things two-wheeled all summer long.

Visiting from out of town? Stay at one of these Provenance Hotels:

Hotel Lobby Installations

Each of the Provenance hotels—Hotel deLuxe, Hotel Lućia, The Governor Hotel, and The Westin Portland—will feature lobby installations showcasing  one-of-a-kind custom-built bikes from Portland’s own Vanilla Bicycles. After visiting Cyclepedia at the Museum, hop on your bike and tour the lobby installations around town.

The Cycles, Sips, and Scoops
Hotel Package

In celebration of the exhibition, Portland’s Hotel deLuxe, Hotel Lućia, and The Governor Hotel will feature getaway packages highlighting the trifecta of Portland summertime pleasures—bikes, beer, and ice cream. In addition to overnight accommodations, the package includes two tickets to the exhibition  Cyclepedia, a copy of Cyclepedia: A Century of Iconic Bicycle Design by Michael Embacher, a copy of Hop in the Saddle: a Guide to Portland’s Craft Beer Scene by Bike by Lucy Burningham and Ellee Thalheimer, a full-day bike rental for two and two flights of seasonal craft beer-inspired ice cream flavors from Salt & Straw. The Cycles, Sips, and Scoops package is bookable at and available for stays between June 8 and September 8.

Pedal Party

Provenance Hotels will celebrate the exhibition on June 13 with a progressive Pedal Party from 5 – 7 p.m. Fans of bicycles, beer, and ice cream will unite as they ride or walk between hotels to see the lobby installations and sample a selection of Portland’s best beers curated by the authors of Hop in the Saddle, a guide to touring the city’s breweries by bike. Portland favorite Salt and Straw will be introducing their six seasonal summer flavors inspired by local beers. For more information visit
